From crowded streets to open spaces.
The challenge
Cortazu came to us with a clear brief: create a main video following a journey out of busy Amsterdam and into nature. The story needed to capture the feeling of leaving the crowds behind and finding room to breathe.
A story built around the transition
We built the film around the contrast between those two worlds. The city provided the starting point, while the journey into nature gave the story its direction. Cortazu’s clothing connected the environments, showing the products as part of the experience.More from the same adventure
Alongside the film, we captured a series of photographs throughout the journey. It was an extra we brought to the assignment, giving Cortazu a collection of stills that shared the film’s locations, atmosphere and visual style.
The outcome
A main brand film supported by a complementary photography series. Together, they gave Cortazu a cohesive visual story about stepping away from the city and making time for the outdoors.
